Stainless steel, copper, silver, and zinc material non-chromium metal surface treatment:
    Stainless steel has kinds of performance is better than other metal, so it has been used in Aerospace industry, atomic energy, war industry, petrochemical industry, construction decoration, advertisement decoration, household utensil, industrial art, transportation, vessel and solar energy.  Peacco product solutions has solved stainless steel material stain resistance problem, and increased fingerprint resistance, wipe easily, anti-bacteria, anti-sweat and SST corrosion resistance (for SUS201, 304, 430) function. We believed that in these industries, stainless steel will step a new development when use Peacco solutions. The another new aqueous form doing product will dry quickly in room temperature, and it would be easy applied to achieve corrosion resistance, weatherability and stain resistance effect. To construction decoration, its no need IR cured convenience obtain a rapid development.

Advantage:

(1).  Peacco solutions may combine the chemical bond with stainless steel surface, and provide solidified nanoscale protective film.  The film has a good toughness, high hardness (the highest may reach up to 9H), the best weatherability, stain resistance, and machinery two-process work (flange, bend processing).
(2). Peacco solutions protection film has better water-resistance, oil-resistance, stain resistance, fingerprint resistance, wipe easily, anti-solar, anti-sweat and anti-bacteria function.  Its lotus effect will help stainless steel clean easily to increase corrosion resistance function in the atmospherie environment. (It will let SUS201,430 up to be SUS304 corrosion resistance effect).
 The coating thin film is compact and tough,  its thickness is thinner than 3-10μm and the film is transparent.  It wouldn't change stainless steel's primary glossy color, and will keep the metal surface's varnish and quality.  The N6020R primer coating for other's metal only need 0.5-1μm thickness, then it can be adhered to any other kind of finish coat. The primer or finish coating can combine with Peacco N1632 nanoscale pigment liquid to have lots of colors, and also has mirror translucent choice.  It could coordinate the request of customer products, then to show the best effect.
(3). Peacco solution can also apply to Cu, Zi, Mg, Al, Ag, SUS surface or Zinc-plated steel breakage/ cut edge. It could serve as the primer or finish coating, then substitute for the hexavalent chromate ions (Cr+6) passivation, and keep the metal surface’s varnish and quality.
