Aluminum alloy stamping cost 3C material environmental-benign surface treatment process
    Along with technical progress, the 3C products request their cabinet and the inner component must be light, thin, short, small, electromagnetic shieding, and obtain the good radiation effect for high speed operation.  Based on the environmental protection demand, the material must be possible to recycle.  Under the request, the 3C industry uses the light  weight metal, such as Al, Mg, Ti alloy to substitute for the plastic product.  Now the most common using metals such as Al, Mg alloy or SUS.
    When using the lightness metal, it would use hexavalent chromate ions, electroplating or anodizing for surface treatment, such traditional process cause serious environmental pollution.  Therefore, Peacco develop organic-inorganic nano-material coating to replace the traditional harmful process, (Peacco process without heavy metal, and conform environmental-benign), which would solidify a nanoscale thin film in the metal surface to provide better quality and more environmental-benign, that is different with the traditional process.  Peacco also can assist 3C industry get into the non-chromium and non-heavy metal pollution step much earlier.
