Technical principle: the green technology

    The traditional metal surface treatment should use acid-etching or anodizing to make a rough and porous metal oxide film before adhesive painting, then the metal could have the basic corrosion resistance function. This is the reason why of these traditional method has already continued to be used for years, even the effect is good, but it cause serious environmental pollution to the earth and life. Especially just like to use acid liquor (for example chromic acid), which has been prohibited by WHO and EPA in several years ago. These acid-rinsed or anodizing process all need huge water to treat, it could waste lots of the water and make environment pollution to the downstream. Although this traditional method has so many pollution shortcomings, however we didn’t discover the other efficient method to solve these problem before.

    Peacco develops SOL-GEL process, which has been applied to Aerospace industry as nanomaterial adhesive before 15 years ago. In the beginning, we use the revolutionary organic-inorganic nanoscale composite coating to enhance metal surface with the adhesive paint. This process could prevent the acid-rinsed, sand-blasting, and strengthen metal corrosion resistance ability, thus we develop several new solutions to apply on Mg, Al, Ag, Ti, Cu, Fe and stainless steel. The new technology is also conformed with ISO14000 environmental protection, we deep believe that it can take many conveniences and benefits to the manufacture. All of our nanomaterial products satisfy with WEEE & RoHS (July, 2006) / ELV (July, 2007) environmental protection rules.

The basic process is as followings:

Metal / plastic
Metal and alloy, such as Ag, Al, Mg, Ti, Cu, Zn, SUS, and galvanized steel SECC/SGCC breakage/ cut edge.

wash
Stand on different metal request, such as acid-rinsed, alkali-rinsed, degreasing, or pickling.
           ↓
 
coating
The coating process can use Dip, Spin, Spray, or Roller coating. (No need water wash after coating)
           ↓
 
Dry by heat
Stand on different materials. 60~160℃ for 10~40 mins.
(Metal IR 160℃ x 15 mins)
(PlasticIR 60~100℃ x 40 mins. / UV800~900mj/cm²)

Advantage:
(1). The anchored chemical bond substitutes for physical linking to achieve better effect than before.
(2). Revise the metal surface coating’s chemical composition, it could achieve well adhesive, hardness, corrosion resistance, and hydrophobic function.
(3). No wash, no water pollution to the downstream environment. It is easy to replace traditional toxic chromic-acid process.
(4). The coating process can easy to be used by Dip, Spin, Spray or Roller coating method, and it would reduce operation & facility invested cost.
(5). It’s a non-chromium nanomaterial so that without environmental pollution’s question. Its well corrosion resistance function could be applied on many different kind of metals and composite materials.
(6). The applied process is simple to reduce manufacture operation cost, thus, it could decrease the output spend, so that, the input income will increase.
