1. 傳統用於一般無要求的各種電鍍和陽極處理的膜層保護。 膠黏附著力差:帶線紋的水鍍鉻、真空離子鍍黑鉻、氮化鈦、碳化硅等表面不好表現。適用於噴塗作業方式,但一般素材須上底塗後再上面漆,否則易脫落,浪費工料成本高。
Traditional is used for protect normal various plating and anodizing film without requirement. Poor rubber adhesion. Suitable for spraying process but generally the material should be primed before top coating, otherwise easy to peeling, waste material then get high cost.
2. 傳統樹脂構成,耐蝕物性差,良品率低,材料合格率60~70%

It is Nanoscale Non-Chromium Metal hardness Surface Treatment solution, used for high request metal/plastic Surface Treatment. Without Cr6+ conversion, meets WEEE &RoHS rules. Thin coating, saving usage, low average cost, large coating area, Topcoat without primer, machinery two-process work, defective products can be rework after stripping of coating, anti-boiling water , anti-sweat, resistance high temperature and high humidity, resistance ammonia corrosion in EVA packaging materials.
